The challenge
NDIS provider websites serve two very different audiences at the same time: participants (who may have cognitive, visual, or physical disabilities and are making highly personal decisions) and support coordinators (who are professional referrers verifying your registration groups, qualifications, and service availability).
Most NDIS providers get this wrong. They write for one audience and lose the other. The site ends up either too clinical for participants or too vague for coordinators.
What we built
We structured services clearly by NDIS registration group — making it trivial for a support coordinator to verify fit — while keeping the participant-facing language warm, clear, and human. High-contrast colour choices, proper heading hierarchy, and screen reader testing made the site genuinely accessible, not just checkbox-compliant.
We also covered two geographic markets (Canberra and Sydney) with proper local SEO — separate city pages, localised Google Business Profiles, and schema markup for each service area.
