The challenge
Sujan Paudyal holds two separate professional qualifications: CPA Australia certification (accounting) and a mortgage broker licence. Most practices either build two separate sites — which is expensive and confusing — or they cram everything into one page that doesn't serve either audience well.
We needed a single, unified presence that clearly separated the two service offerings without making visitors feel lost, and that performed well in local SEO for both "accountant Canberra" and "mortgage broker Canberra" simultaneously.
What we did
We structured the site around a split homepage decision point — visitors self-select into the accounting or mortgage path, and are then presented with service-specific content, credentials, and a relevant contact form. No confusion, no dead ends.
